16.Fraudulent claims

Fraudulent claims may include:

  • A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased item
  • A buyer filing a chargeback after rating and completing the purchase

Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer’s account under the return policy.

Creating account or buying from EXTRAPLUGINS using Proxy/VPN will be result in instant account ban & there will be no customer support or pre-sale support on the live chat for proxy/vpn users

18. Refund & Returns

19. 2 Years Order Validity 

Your order will stay in your my account for 5 months only after that you will not able to download products anymore from my account you will need to buy them again however you can save text files with product url in your PC/MAC for lifetime free access

20. Lifetime  Customer Support Validity

  • EXTRAPLUGINS offers lifetime  customer support for each order 

21. Account Removal Request

  • If customer request to remove his account from EXTRAPLUGINS, his account will be removed immediately without questions asked & note all orders and downloads will be deleted as well without refund
