While all sales are final by default, we offer a limited 2-Day Money Back Guarantee under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Processing Time
We process approved refunds as quickly as possible. However, depending on your card issuer or financial institution, it may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank or card account.
Unfortunately, this timeframe is beyond our control.
Refund Eligibility Terms
A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:
Your product is not working or fails to activate and
You have provided valid proof of the issue (such as a screenshot or screen recording) and
Our customer support team was unable to resolve your problem and/or
You did not download the product after purchase and
You submit your refund request within 2 days of the original purchase date.
If all of the above conditions are met, your refund will be approved and processed.
Refund Requests After 2 Days
Unfortunately, refund requests submitted after 2 days of purchase will not be accepted.
We believe that two days is sufficient time to install and test your product.
Proof of Issue Requirement
To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid proof that the product does not work on your system.
This can include screenshots, screen recordings, or other technical evidence.
Refunds cannot be issued if you refuse to cooperate with our support team in resolving the issue.
Wrong Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, you may:
Request an exchange for the correct product if the original item was not downloaded, or
Request a refund, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.
However, depending on your payment provider, it can take up to 15–17 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
This delay is determined solely by your bank or card company and is beyond our control.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind situations.

System Compatibility
Refunds will not be issued for products that are incompatible with your system.
