3. Refund Requests After the 2-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after 2 calendar days from the date of purchase are not eligible under any circumstances.

No exceptions will be made.


4. Proof & Support Requirement

Refunds will not be issued without valid proof.

Customers must:

  • Provide clear evidence of the reported issue, and

  • Cooperate with customer support during the troubleshooting process.

Refusing to provide proof or declining support assistance voids refund eligibility.


5. Incorrect or Accidental Purchases

Refunds for incorrect purchases are only considered if:

  • The product has not been downloaded or accessed, and

  • The refund request is submitted within 2 days of purchase.

At our discretion, an exchange for the correct product may be offered instead of a refund.


6. Refunds for Product Dissatisfaction

7. System Compatibility & Technical Requirements
